In 1899, artist Vincent Van Gogh painted what would be known as one of the most famous and instantly recognizable paintings of all time: The Starry Night. The painting depicts a night sky over a small village just before sunrise. This Starry Night bulky hand-dyed yarn pays homage to this beloved work of art, adopting its color palette of varying shades of blue punctuated with yellow. The yarn used is a super soft and bulky Superwash Merino/Nylon blend. It’s perfect for cozy sweaters and cardigans, like the Disco Pink Sweater (You can find free knit sweater pattern here!). This art-inspired yarn is a great choice for creating your own knit or crochet masterpiece.
And what’s more? You get an little peek of the yarn dyeing process in a video below!
